Five years of product design taught me to ask the right questions, and eventually I started answering them too. Pulling data myself, visiting users in their actual environments, scoping feasibility with engineers before anyone touched a design file. That's how I ended up in product management.

When I'm not untangling complex user flows, you'll find me experimenting in the kitchen, or getting lost in podcasts.

I approach both design and life with the same philosophy: stay curious, always listen, and remember that being kind is sometimes more important than being right.
